Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients: – ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats – ½ cup vanilla soy milk – ¼ cup vegan vanilla yogurt – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon maple syrup – Salt

Place all ingredients in a 16 ounce mason jar (or a similar size). Stir, and add the lid.Place in the fridge overnight.
