Vegan Cheese Ball

Ingredients: – 1 cup raw cashews – ¼ cup nutritional yeast – 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon low sodium tamari

Soak cashews for a few hours to overnight to soften them. Drain water. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the finely chopped walnuts and chives.
