Vegan Cream Cheese

Ingredients: – 1 cup raw cashews – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar – ½ cup unsweetened plain vegan coconut yogurt

Ingredients: – 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast – 2 tablespoons solidified coconut oil – Pinch salt

Ingredients: – 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast – 2 tablespoons solidified coconut oil – Pinch salt

Soak cashews in hot water for 15 minutes or 4 hours in room temperature water. Drain water. In a food processor mix cashews with the rest of ingredients until smooth and creamy.
