Vegan French Toast

Ingredients: – 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds – 1 tablespoon gluten free all purpose flour – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup soy milk or other plant based milk

Heat vegan butter in a large frying pan on medium heat. Dip a slice of bread into the batter until well coated. Carefully place it in the pan.
