Vegan Gluten Free Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients: – 8 ounces vegan gluten free graham crackers 1 ½ cups ground) – 5 tablespoons vegan butter melted – 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Ingredients: – 8 ounces vegan gluten free graham crackers 1 ½ cups ground) – 5 tablespoons vegan butter melted – 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350°. Place graham crackers in a food processor. Mix until they are ground. They should resemble sand. Place the rest of the ingredients in the food processor. Mix until well combined.

Press mixture into a 9" pie pan. Use a clean glass or measuring cup to pack down the bottom of the crust. Use your fingers to pack down crumbs on the sides of the pan. Bake at 350° for 8-9 minutes.
