Vegan Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Ingredients: 1 cup brown or white rice flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast salt 1 cup unsweetened plain coconut yogurt olive oil

Mix dry ingredients in a food processor. Add coconut yogurt and mix well. Drizzle olive oil on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread pizza dough on parchment.

Bake 450° @ for 10-12 minutes. Add toppings and bake another 10-13 minutes.
