Vegan Matcha Latte

Ingredients:   1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder  ½ cup unsweetened almond milk  ½ cup full fat coconut milk

Bring almond milk and coconut milk to a low simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat. Pour over the matcha tea powder and whisk.

Alternatively, you can blend in a Nutribullet or blender and then heat.
