Vegan Mexican Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:   1 brown rice tortilla  ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons refried black beans with jalapeño or spicy refried beans  ½ an avocado chopped  ¼ cup Pico de Gallo  7 Kalamata olives sliced

Bake tortilla at 400° for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Spread refried beans on tortilla.

 Place avocados, pico de gallo, and olives on top of refried beans.
