Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients:    11.25 ounces sweetened condensed coconut milk (1 cup)  1 cup coconut milk  ½ teaspoon matcha green tea powder  ½ teaspoon spirulina powder

Ingredients continued:  ½ teaspoon peppermint extract 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch salt ½ cup chocolate chips chopped

Mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or high speed blender except the chocolate chips.

Partially freeze overnight (this is so that chocolate chips don't sink to the bottom). Add chocolate chips and freeze.
