Vegan Molasses Hot Cocoa

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons  blackstrap molasses 3 tablespoons cacao powder (or cocoa powder) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Bring  blackstrap molasses, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and almond milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, whisking constantly until blackstrap molasses is melted and almond milk is frothy.
