Vegan Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients: Peanut Butter Filling – 1 cup peanut butter – ½ cup vegan butter at room temperature - I used Earth Balance – 1 ½ cups powdered confectioners sugar – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

 Peanut Butter Filling Mix peanut butter and room temperature vegan butter. Melt vegan butter if needed. Add powdered confectioners sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Place in the fridge.
