Vegan Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:   2 slices gluten free bread   2 teaspoons marinara or pizza sauce + more for dipping   3 slices vegan mozzarella

Ingredients continued:   2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes 4 kalamata olives chopped 3 fresh basil leaves 4 teaspoons vegan mayo divided

Spread marinara sauce on a slice of bread. Top with vegan mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and basil on bread.

Spread ½ the vegan mayo on the outside of one of the slices of bread. Place the mayo side down on a skillet.  Cook until golden brown on both sides.
