Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:   1 cup brewed coffee  2 tablespoons pumpkin puree  ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients continued: ½ cup full fat coconut milk ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 10 drops stevia optional

Mix about ⅓ of the coffee and the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Add to the rest of the coffee.  You can also heat all the ingredients in a pan on the stove, and mix.
