Vegan Rocky Road Ice Cream

Ingredients: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 13.5 ounces full fat coconut milk (1 ¾ cups) ½ cup sweetened condensed coconut milk (½ of an 11.25 ounce can)

Place a heat proof bowl over a saucepan filled with water (or use a double boiler). Pour the chocolate chips in the bowl over medium heat.
