Vegan S'mores Quesadilla

Ingredients: 1 gluten free tortilla - I used a 9" tortilla 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese 2 tablespoons crushed vegan gluten free graham crackers

Ingredients: ¼ cup vegan mini marshmallows 3 tablespoons chocolate chips Coconut oil or spray

Spread vegan cream cheese on half of tortilla. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of vegan cream cheese. Push down so the crumbs don't go anywhere.

In a medium skillet drizzle a small amount of coconut oil. Heat on medium heat. Place quesadilla in skillet.
