Vegan Taco Pasta

Ingredients: 8 oz. fusilli noodles 1 cup chopped onions 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic 14 oz. firm tofu 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Ingredients continued:  1 teaspoon Mexican oregano salt and pepper 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce 1/2 cup diced tomatoes vegan cheddar cilantro

Cook noodles per directions. Cook onions until translucent. Add tofu, herbs and spices, marinara sauce, and tomatoes. Add pasta.
