  • 15 oz. white beans drained and rinsed - I used great Northern white beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely minced
  • salt and pepper


  • Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
