Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red bell peppers + more for garnish, optional
  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
