Put lentils and water in a pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Add more water, if needed. Remove from heat.
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add cooked lentils and 4 Ingredient Sriracha BBQ Sauce. Cook until heated through.
Serve on toasted buns with Sriracha Coleslaw.
