Cranberry Lime Dressing

Instructions
Cranberry Lime Dressing:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Chickpea Salad
: Drain and rinse beans. Set aside in a bowl.
Add juice of the key lime to the chopped apple so that it keeps its color.
Mix the dressing and the rest of ingredients in with the beans. Serve on toasted bread or by itself.
