Banana Pecan Balls
These no-bake sweet Banana Pecan Balls are the perfect portable snack. Made with dehydrated bananas, dates, and nuts.

After peeling, cut bananas into fourths and dehydrate bananas at 110° for 24-36 hours, depending on size and thickness. If you do not have a dehydrator, natural food stores sell dehydrated bananas without preservatives.
Pit dates and mix all ingredients in a food processor until ground.
Form into balls or bars. It may take a bit of working the mixture for awhile, but they will turn into balls. To make handling the mixture easier, you may want to refrigerate it first. You could also use more dates.
