Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients.
Add chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, dates, cucumber, and carrots to the sauce. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour for the ingredients to combine.
Pile mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
