Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons ginger minced
  • 2 oz. light rum
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • club soda

Instructions

  • Muddle sugar, minced ginger,¬†and mint leaves until paste forms.
  • Pour lemon juice, lime juice, mint ginger paste, agave syrup, and light rum into a glass filled with ice. Stir.
  • Top with club soda.
