Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 -2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup water (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons¬† olive oil
  • 1 chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Pinch paprika optional
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a food processor, mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • Serve with paprika or adobo sauce on top.
