Grapefruit Basil Mojito
This light and refreshing Grapefruit Basil Mojito is sure to hit the spot on a hot Summer day. Made with light rum, grapefruit juice, lime juice, basil, and agave syrup.

- 2 oz. light rum
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (1 lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 pink grapefruit
- 3 basil leaves
- club soda
Muddle the sugar and basil leaves until the mixture becomes a paste and the leaves are broken up.
Juice 1/2 grapefruit and pour into glass with ice.
Pour rum, lime juice, agave syrup, basil leaves and sugar over grapefruit juice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a basil leaf and a grapefruit wedge or slice.
