  • 2 oz. light rum
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • club soda


  • Muddle mint leaves in sugar until a paste forms. Set aside.
  • Blend cucumber, rum, and agave syrup. Put through a┬ámetal strainer. Pour over ice.
  • Mix in mint leaves and sugar. Top with club soda.
