Instructions
Slice large pieces of pineapple. Oil grill pan and turn on heat, or oil grill. Grill pineapple until grill marks appear. Flip, and grill other side.
Chop cilantro, onion, and jalapeño. Add pineapple and lime juice. Let meld together for at least an hour.
