Cranberry Sauce with Orange

Spicy Vegan Cheese and Crackers with Cranberry

seaweed Crackers
or your favorite rice cracker

Daiya Jalapeño Havarti Style Block

Cranberry Sauce with Orange
Cranberry Stuffed Dates

- 6 whole, 6 crushed

Medjool dates
about ¼ of the Cranberry Sauce with Orange recipe
about 1 ½ Vegcuisine Soy Bleu wedge
Instructions
Cranberry Sauce with Orange:
Zest and juice the orange and combine with the cranberry sauce.
Spicy Vegan Cheese and Crackers with Cranberry:
Slice Daiya Jalapeño Havarti Style Block into small chunks.
Layer Cranberry Sauce with Orange, then Daiya Jalapeño Havarti on seaweed crackers.
Cranberry Stuffed Dates:
Crush 6 of the pecans into small chunks.
Slice each date in half, but not slicing through to the bottom. Take out the pit of each date.
Spoon approx. ¼ teaspoon of the Cranberry Sauce with Orange into each date.
Layer on the crushed pecans (1 crushed pecan per date).
Top with approx. 1 teaspoon Soy Bleu.
Finish with 1 pecan on top of each.
