Ingredients

  • 15 oz. pinto beans
  • 15 oz. garbanzo beans
  • 14.5 oz. fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chipotle in adobo
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

Notes

4 cups is a lot of dip! I made this amount because of Super Bowl and because I used it as a pasta sauce. Cut in half for normal occasions, or if your Super Bowl party is small.
