Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Filling
Add apples to a large mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, tapioca flour, water, and salt.
Spread in a baking dish that has been coated with coconut oil.
Topping
Mix rolled oats, almond flour, chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted vegan butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Spread over apples in the baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until apples are soft and topping is golden brown.
Notes
This vegan gluten free apple crisp will last up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
