Ingredients
Gluten free pizza crust mix
- I used Pamela's mix

teaspoon
basil
½
teaspoon
oregano

tablespoons
chopped onion
Splash of olive oil

cup
Tofu Ricotta
½
Granny Smith apple
thinly sliced
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar

sliced almonds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Mix pizza crust according to directions. Mix basil and oregano into the mix. Cook pizza crust for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan, and add chopped onion. Cook until translucent over medium heat.
Spread tofu ricotta on pizza crust. Top with sliced apple and onion. Bake for another 5-10 minutes at 450°, or until crust is golden brown.
Top with balsamic vinegar, slivered almonds, lemon zest, and chopped spinach, if using.
