yellow squash or zucchini

Instructions
Slice yellow squash or zucchini on mandolin with the 1/16 setting going the long direction of the squash.
Using a knife, cut long, thin strips.
Steam for a few minutes until crisp tender (optional).
Add Roasted Tomato Sauce.
Notes
*The squash noodles can also be eaten raw, as raw foodists do. Since I included a cooked tomato sauce, I steamed the noodles slightly.
