Cherry Banana Fruit Roll-Ups

These easy homemade Cherry Banana Fruit Roll-Ups are a healthy snack. Made in a dehydrator.

  • 2 cups cherries
  • 1 banana


  • Mix ingredients in a food processor. Spread mixture on a teflon lined dehydrator tray. Spread it about 1/8" to 1/4", but make sure you can't see through it. If it's too thin it will have holes in it.
  • Dehydrate at 110° for 8 - 12 hours. The fruit leather is done when it's completely dry and slightly sticky to the touch. Use a butter knife to lift the fruit leather off the sheet. You should be able to peel it off the teflon sheet easily.
  • If desired, you can cut parchment paper the same size as the fruit roll-ups to roll them in.
