Sriracha Baked Jicama Fries
These crispy Sriracha Baked Jicama Fries are a great alternative to French fries. They are perfect for a keto diet!

- 1/2 jicama sliced into 1/4" fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha powder
Vegan Chive Mayo
- 3 tablespoons vegan mayo
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix olive oil, sriracha powder, and salt. Toss jicama fries in mixture. Lay fries on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes, or until crispy.
