Ingredients

strawberries
sliced

chopped cantaloupe
(cut into ½" pieces)

chopped pineapple
(cut into ½" pieces)

green grapes
(cut in ½)

blueberries

(cut in ½)

chopped mint leaves
Dressing

orange juice
(juice of 1 orange)

lime juice

maple syrup
Instructions
Place fruit in a bowl either in a rainbow formation or mixed together. Add mint leaves.
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients. Pour over fruit salad. Mix or leave as a rainbow formation.
Notes
If you aren't serving it right away, wait to add the mint until right before serving.
This will last 3-5 days depending on the type of fruit you use.
