Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe (cut into 1/2" pieces)
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple (cut into 1/2" pieces)
  • 1 cup green grapes (cut in 1/2)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes (cut in 1/2)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup orange juice (juice of 1 orange)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place fruit in a bowl either in a rainbow formation or mixed together. Add mint leaves.
  • Dressing: Mix all ingredients. Pour over fruit salad. Mix or leave as a rainbow formation.
