Mix chia seeds and almond milk. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge.
Add cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, blackstrap molasses, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well with a spoon.

You could mix the pudding in a Nutribullet or high speed blender if prefer a smooth texture that resembles a classic pudding.Chia pudding will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for about 5 days.
