Ingredients

dried elderberries

chopped ginger
For Serving

maple syrup
or another sweetener
Instructions
Pour water into a saucepan. Add dried elderberries and ginger. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain.
Add maple syrup.
