These addictive Baked Tofu Fries are crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Even tofu haters will love them!

Ingredients

  • 15.5 ounces extra firm tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Mix olive oil and all the herbs and spices.
  • Slice tofu into long strips, about ¼ - ½" thick. Coat with marinade.
  • Place strips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Flip, and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.
