freshly grated nutmeg

vanilla bean

Instructions
Soak the dates in water to soften them up. Drain.
Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds.
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or Nutribullet. Serve with a cinnamon stick.
