Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1 avocado approximately ½ cup
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons key lime juice 1 key lime
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper

For the sandwich

Instructions

  • Smash chickpeas with a fork or pulse in food processor.
  • Add avocado and smash into chickpeas.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.

Notes

I personally think gluten free bread (at least the brand I get) tastes much better toasted.
