Mix chocolate filling ingredients in a Nutribullet or food processor to get a creamy consistency and get tiny lumps of cacao powder out.
Pour 2 tablespoons of filling in each ice cube slot of an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
Chocolate Coating
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl over a saucepan filled with a couple of inches of water. Heat on medium heat. Remove from the heat when the chocolate is nearly melted. Don't cook it too long or let it touch any water or it will seize up and get hard.
With a fork, dip a chocolate yogurt bite into chocolate. Place on a parchment lined tray. Repeat with each yogurt bite. Freeze.

These frozen yogurt bites will last for several months in the freezer.
