Coconut cream has less liquid, which will give you better results. You can make your own coconut cream or buy it. To make it place coconut milk in the fridge several hours overnight. Scoop off the coconut cream from the top of the liquid.Most celiac associations consider distilled spirits to be gluten-free, even if they contain gluten grains, because distillation breaks down the harmful gluten proteins.
