Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower broken into florets
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil or Earth Balance vegan spread
  • 1 Tablespoon vegan sour cream - I used Tofutti (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Steam cauliflower until tender. Let sit until cool.
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Reheat and enjoy!
