This cool refreshing Mojito is sure to please. It has fresh mint and lime juice. It is the perfect Summer cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. light rum
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (1 lime)
  • ½ teaspoon agave syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Club soda

Instructions

  • Muddle the sugar and mint leaves until the mixture becomes a paste and the leaves are broken up.
  • Pour rum, lime juice, agave syrup, mint leaves and sugar into a glass with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mint leave and a lime wedge or slice.
