Instructions
Put cucumbers and carrots in a towel to soak up moisture.
Mix avocado, wasabi powder, tamari, lime juice, vegan mayo, and brown rice vinegar together until smooth.
Add cucumber and carrots to vegan avocado wasabi mayo. Crumble nori sheet onto cucumber salad right before serving, otherwise it will get soggy.
