Press tofu to remove excess water by putting a towel around the tofu. Then put a skillet or other heavy object on top of the towel. Let it sit at least 15 minutes.
Slice tofu and cook in sesame oil and tamari until golden brown.
Place nori sheet at an angle - so that it looks like a diamond instead of a rectangle.
Place tofu, cucumber, carrot, and radish sprouts on top.
Wrap the nori by folding the bottom first, then the sides. Wet the edges so that the nori sticks together. Alternatively, you could roll like a burrito or a cone.
