Tropical Fruit Roll-Ups

These homemade Tropical Fruit Roll-Ups are an easy healthy snack. Made in a dehydrator.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Spread mixture on a teflon lined dehydrator tray. Spread it about ⅛" to ¼", but make sure you can't see through it. If it's too thin it will have holes in it.
  • Dehydrate at 110° for 8 - 12 hours. The fruit leather is done when it's completely dry and slightly sticky to the touch. Use a butter knife to lift the fruit leather off the sheet. You should be able to peel it off the teflon sheet easily.
  • If desired, you can cut parchment paper the same size as the fruit roll-ups to roll them in.
