  • ½ cup unsweetened soy or almond milk
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender or Nutribullet.*

*If your blender doesn't break down seeds, you can grind the hemp hearts in a coffee grinder first.
