Ingredients

Optional Toppings

  • Blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries
  • Sliced almonds, walnuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, or pecans
  • Coconut chips or shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients. Mix well and pour into a pan.
  • Place pan on stovetop and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Notes

You can also cook this in the microwave, about 1-2 minutes. It can be made in advance and served hot or cold.
