Heat all ingredients in a saucepan on the stove over medium heat for a few minutes until ingredients come together and thicken. Make sure to stir constantly so that it doesn't burn.
Pour into a plastic wrap lined container. Let cool and store in the freezer or fridge.
Notes
I store this in the freezer, but you could also store it in the fridge. It will last 2 weeks in the fridge, and several months in the freezer.
